Gin & Tonic Smoked Mackerel On Cucumber Rounds
- 1 can (110g) Gold Seal Gin & Tonic Wild Smoked Mackerel
- 12 cucumber slices
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup dill, roughly chopped
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the cucumber rounds.
- Top with pieces of the Gin & Tonic Smoked Mackerel.
- Finish with dill.
