Tuna and Blueberry Salad


  • cans (120g each) Gold Seal Light Tuna ( Flaked, No Drain )
  • cup blueberries
  • red peppers thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup finely sliced basil
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • tbsp balsamic vinegar


  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and serve.

Tips and Tricks

Avocado oil is a gentle oil that will not overpower the flavours in the salad. If you can’t find avocado use grape seed oil.
