A quick and flavour-packed Mediterranean-inspired wrap featuring Gold Seal mackerel, crisp veggies, and creamy feta—perfect for a healthy lunch.

Ingredients

1 can of Gold Seal Mediterranean Wild Mackerel
2 pita breads
½ cucumber, diced
1 tomato, chopped
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
½ bell pepper, thinly sliced
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Open the can of Gold Seal Mediterranean Style Mackerel and drain.
In a bowl, mix the mackerel with oregano, olive oil, and feta cheese.
Add half of the chopped tomato and cucumber to the mixture and stir gently.
Warm the pita breads in a dry pan or toaster oven until soft and pliable.
Spoon the mackerel mixture onto each pita.
