Mackerel is a small saltwater fish from the Scombridae family which also includes tuna. It is naturally rich in Omega-3s, and a good source of protein. Our mackerel is responsibly caught in the North Atlantic Ocean and can be consumed safely in unlimited amounts.

LOVE your mackerel in Olive Oil!!! I never had mackerel before June 2021 when I had to go on a Mediterranean/Keto diet for 3 months. I feel in love with these. Great taste, texture and they are in Olive Oil….Thank you so much for that! Would rate a 10 if I could. We will try your fine recipes now that I’ve discovered them. But my fav way to eat is put equal or a tad more mashed potatoes with them and mix it up gently. To me it’s the best meal. Thanks for great products! We eat/love your Wild Sockeye Salmon and it’s 5 star also!
