Ingredients

2 cans (120g) Gold Seal Wild Pink Salmon (Skinless/Boneless), drained
16 thin slices English cucumbers
½ cup spreadable cream cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
8 slices of sourdough bread

Directions

In a small bowl combine salmon, green onions and mix well.
Spread cream cheese on four of the slices of sourdough bread. Layer 4 cucumber slices on top. Divide the salmon mixture equally among sandwiches and spread evenly. Top with remaining 4 slices of bread Serve with your favourite side.

TIPS &
TRICKS

Using a flavoured cream cheese like garlic will add flavour to your sandwich.

Rye bread or buns will provide an endless amount of variations for this sandwich.
