Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1 ripe avocado, cut into slices
  • 1 can (80 g) Gold Seal Lemon Dill Salmon
  • 1 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • A small tangle of alfalfa sprouts
  • Flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon slices, to serve

Directions

  1. Fan half the avocado slices onto each slice of toast.
  2. Divide one can Gold Seal Lemon Dill Salmon over each.
  3. With the back of a fork, gently smash avocado and salmon together until lightly mixed and covering the surface of the toast.
  4. Top each with pumpkin seeds, green onions and alfalfa sprouts.
  5. Season with flaky sea salt and black pepper taste and serve with lemon slices.
