A Salmon, Black Olives and Salsa Sandwich that’s spicy and savoury! Perfect for on-the-go and so flavourful! Serve with a side of tortilla chips for that extra crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (213g) Gold Seal Wild Pink Salmon (Traditional), drained, skin & bones removed if desired
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded head lettuce
  • ¼ cup sliced pitted Kalamata olives or sliced black olives
  • ½ cup shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 2 bread rolls, cut in half

Directions

  1. Spread sour cream over bottoms of bread rolls.
  2. Follow with a layer of salsa, lettuce, and salmon chunks.
