Ingredients

Butter, softened to room temperature
2 slices sourdough or your favourite sandwich bread
1 can (80 g) Gold Seal Creamy Mustard Salmon
2 dill pickle sandwich slices
2 slices smoked gouda, Havarti or Swiss cheese

Creamy Mustard

Directions

Butter one side of each slice of bread.
On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread one can of Gold Seal Creamy Mustard Salmon.
Layer with sliced pickles and gouda cheese and top with second slice of bread, buttered side up.
In a frying pan preheated over medium heat, place the sandwich in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes per side until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve hot with a side of chips, pretzels or a crisp salad.
