Ingredients

  • ½ cup store-bought Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 can (170g) Gold Seal Wild Sockeye Salmon (Skinless/Boneless), drained
  • 4 plum tomatoes seeded and cut into strips
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 large balls of Bocconcini cut into slices
  • 2 Naan bread

Directions

  1. Preheat Broiler.
  2. Spread Caesar dressing over both pieces of Naan, place tomato slices on top of dressing.
  3. Crumble Salmon over tomatoes, then add Bocconcini, and finish with a sprinkle of basil.
  4. Broil for 3-4 minutes until they begin to turn golden brown.

You can substitute mozzarella for Bocconcini.

If you can’t find Naan, use pitas.
