Thai Chili Sardine Sandwich
A flavourful, low-calorie spread! This sardine sandwich recipe is so easy to make, delicious to eat, and great for on-the-go!
1 can (125g) Gold Seal Sardines (Thai Chili)
2 slices French bread toasted
¼ cup Greek yogurt plain
1 tsp hot peppers pickled, finely chopped
1 tsp cucumber finely chopped
¼ tsp cumin
- In a small bowl combine yogurt, sardines, hot peppers, cucumber, and cumin. Mix well.
- Spread over French bread and serve.

For a thicker mixture use low-fat mayonnaise.
