Thai Chili Sardine Sandwich

A flavourful, low calorie spread!

Ingredients

  • can (125g) Gold Seal Sardines ( Thai Chili )
  • slices French bread toasted
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • tsp hot peppers pickled, finely chopped
  • tsp cucumber finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cumin

Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine yogurt, sardines, hot peppers, cucumber and cumin, mix well.
  2. Spread over French bread and serve.

Tips and Tricks

For a thicker mixture use low fat mayonnaise.
Top with your favourite greens for an easy veggie hit!
