Thai Chili Sardine Sandwich

A flavourful, low-calorie spread! This sardine sandwich recipe is so easy to make, delicious to eat, and great for on-the-go!

Ingredients

  • slices French bread toasted
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt plain
  • tsp hot peppers pickled, finely chopped
  • tsp cucumber finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp cumin

Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine yogurt, sardines, hot peppers, cucumber, and cumin. Mix well.
  2. Spread over French bread and serve.
