Mackerel is a small saltwater fish from the Scombridae family which also includes tuna. It is naturally rich in Omega-3s, and a good source of protein. Our mackerel is responsibly caught in the North Atlantic Ocean and can be consumed safely in unlimited amounts.

Saw the mediterranean galettes recipe and wanted to try this. It was AMAZING! Definitely looking forward to having it again.

Absolutely delicious! Definitely one of my favourite prepared tin mackerels. Just the right combination of spices to compliment the flavourful fish.

They don’t sell this in my store in vancouver. They need to order more please. They only sell the olive oil version of this. This is the only type of mackerel that I’ll buy
