Smoked Mackerel & Horseradish Sour Cream Crostini
- 1 can (110g) Gold Seal Wild Smoked Mackerel in Sunflower Oil
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 12 crostini
- In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and horseradish.
- Spread the horseradish sour cream evenly onto each crostini and top with the Smoked Mackerel.
