Smoked Mackerel On Beet Slices
- 1 can (110g) Gold Seal Gin & Tonic Wild Smoked Mackerel
- 1 large red or golden beet, sliced widthwise paper thin
- ½ cup goat cheese
- Cracked black pepper
- Spread goat cheese evenly on all beet slices.
- Top with flaked Smoked Mackerel.
- Finish with cracked black pepper.
