Smoked Mackerel, Goat Cheese & Honey Lettuce Cups
- 1 can (110g) Gold Seal Wild Smoked Mackerel in Sunflower Oil
- 6 lettuce leaves
- ¼ cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp honey
- Divide the Smoked Mackerel evenly into the lettuce cups.
- Top with goat cheese, drizzle with honey and serve.
