Smoked Mackerel Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortilla wraps 
  • 2 cans (110g) Gold Seal Wild Smoked Mackerel in Sunflower Oil, drained 
  • 1 cup hummus of choice 
  • 1 large avocado, thinly sliced 
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced 
  • 1 cup carrot, grated 
  • 1 cup sprouts or microgreens 

Directions

  1. Lay your tortillas on a flat surface and spread the hummus evenly on each one.  
  2. Flake the mackerel onto each wrap and top with the remaining ingredients. 
  3. Roll into a wrap.
