Smoked Mackerel Wraps
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 2 cans (110g) Gold Seal Wild Smoked Mackerel in Sunflower Oil, drained
- 1 cup hummus of choice
- 1 large avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup carrot, grated
- 1 cup sprouts or microgreens
- Lay your tortillas on a flat surface and spread the hummus evenly on each one.
- Flake the mackerel onto each wrap and top with the remaining ingredients.
- Roll into a wrap.
